Disposable is not the way to go.
Disposable e-cigs are not the way to go if you really want to quit smoking. They’re finicky, the performance quality is shoddy. It’ll end up giving you way more frustration than gratification and you’ll give up on ecigs altogether. E-Cigs are great but disposable ones will just frustrate you. It’s better to get a quality product that’ll last longer and that you can just maintain with refill liquid or cartridges. FreshSmoking carries affordable products that are quality. Google them.

Not for me
I’ve tried everything under the sun to quit, patches, gum, lozenges, inhalers, everything. Nothing worked for me. The only thing that worked for me after 10 years of smoking was the electronic cigarette. I’ve been cancer stick free now for more than a year.

Electronic cigarettes and personal vaporizers are definitely top notch in my book. I’ve saved thousands of dollars in my year now as an e-cig smoker. All the effects of smoking that damaged my body making me cough and unable to taste or breathe properly are gone but I bet I’ve saved even more money because I refilled my cartridges instead of purchasing new cartridges each time they’ve gone dry. I also purchased my starter kit for a great price. The company I buy from is fast, affordable and always answers any questions I have, I really recommend them and I’ve been a happy customer. FreshSmoking, one word, google them. You’ll be surprised how easy it is to stop smoking normal cigarettes. Your wallet will thank you too!

Licorette Gum
I think my favorite Chewing Tobacco is Redman Chewing Tobacco. I’ve bought the hefty, big packs for years and have been using it safely, except my yellow teeth are falling out and my lips are now discolored by black tar.

I don’t like Tobacco gum because it doesn’t have the same intense smoke flavor that Chewing Tobacco has and it isn’t manly enough. It also doesn’t reach the bloodstream as quick because it is absorbed in stomach acids, not in the gums of the mouth.

You can ask people what they prefer but most of the time they’ll tell you that the old reliable products are the best, especially the ones with no ads on TV. There’s no sense of putting something inside your blood or brain that you don’t know the ingredients of. Just watch TV, that’ll tell you. TV always tells the truth. Chewing Tobacco has no additives or addictive qualities.

PS: The best place to put the Nicorette patches are on your [blank] since the sweatglands suck up the intense Nicotine very quickly.

Good product, bad packaging
I have both the Ice Mint and the Original Flavor. While the Ice Mint tastes really good, the extreme mintiness can make it hard to tell when the peppery flavor has ended. The original flavor tastes like your basic bubblegum, and so it’s really easy to know when to stop chewing. This helped me a lot. When I chewed the Ice Mint, I kept forgetting and chewing it like normal gum– that was causing excess salivation and swallowing. In layman’s terms, chewing too much makes your throat burn as you swallow nicotine. Also, follow the instructions exactly and use Nicorette on a schedule. If you reward your cravings with the gum, you run the risk of getting addicted to the gum. The only downside to the original flavor is the terrible packaging! It’s so hard to get a piece out of the foil wrapping, which is NOT what you want to happen when you’re already irritable from the stress of quitting.

I do highly recommend getting some sort of NRT if you have decided to quit smoking. Let me tell you, even with nicotine in my body, (from the gum), it was still extremely difficult to quit. We’re talking crazy mood swings, tears, irrational demands, exhaustion, etc. But I did it! Glad I had this tool in my arsenal. Hang in there– if you’re thinking about quitting, I just want to say that as much as I loved cigarettes, (and oh, did I), being an ex-smoker is 1,000 times better.

The price was reasonable and I recieved the product within a few days. But both boxes of the gum had expired more than 3 months ago.

Fantastic flavor, can’t go wrong with nicorette.
If you are serious about quitting smoking then don’t hesitate to pick this up. It’s one of the better if not the best flavor in the bunch. It helped me quit smoking, and it’s not hard to quit the gum if you want as well =).
